A 20-year color educator and trainer for John Paul Mitchell Systems, she has shared her expertise with stylists across the country, inspiring and elevating the next generation of professionals.

Shelby has styled for the Hollywood elite, contributing her artistry to the Grammys and multiple major music award shows. For 15 years, she owned and operated a 30-chair luxury salon, cultivating a loyal high-end clientele that continues to seek her signature touch to this day.

In 2020, Shelby became the founder and CEO of the global brand Hairdressers Rock, a movement created to unite and empower stylists around the world — celebrating creativity, connection, and the heart of the craft.
